Yesterday when Tim came home from work, he told me he had a surprise for me that only cost $5. This is what he got:
I know what you're thinking. Fire. Wood. It's the way to a girl's heart.
Tim bought a little fire pit on sale at Target a couple of weeks ago and we've been looking around for good firewood ever since so we could have our very own backyard campfire. The local grocery store, Giant Eagle, had some for sale, but it was expensive for just a few logs. And from my camping experience with my Mom and Dad, I knew that Dad would tell me it was bad wood and would burn up in no time making a short-lived fire.

But one of the burners went out recently and since we're not the repairing type, we decided to splurge on a bigger and better grill. You know, 'cause the two of us eat lots and lots of meat and we want all the grill space we can get. We realized we went a
Since we're getting to the middle of summer, grills have gone down considerably in price and we were able to get a good deal on the monster of a grill. And I have to say after testing it out last night, Tim's grilled chicken tastes even better.
Well, that's what we've been working on around here lately. More room makeover posts coming soon!
